Q: What can I expect from MicroTech with regards to response times?

A: For help desk support services via phone or on-site, MicroTech can be available for assistance, often times immediately. If you contact us to request a technician be sent to a site within our general vicinity, we can send someone within 4-8 hours. We have same-day turnaround (8 hours) on most Requests For Information, and can respond to your RFQs and RFPs within 2 or 5 business days, respectively. And we provide free telephone technical support to our clients which can usually be obtained immediately. We believe that many computer problems that you encounter can be easily solved with a quick telephone call to one of our technicians. In cases where a file server is "down" we will assess the problem and expedite a qualified engineer to your location within one hour.


Q: Does MicroTech also provide cable maintenance and/or installation services?

A: MicroTech currently supports and installs all types of communication cable being used today, including twisted pair, coaxial, and fiber optic.


Q: What network systems (operating system software, hardware, etc.) does MicroTech support?

A: MicroTech supports all major network configurations, from single-user workstations, on up to elaborate corporate systems consisting of thousands of users. MicroTech's certified engineers are experts in the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems.

Q: What equipment/software certifications do MicroTech technicians hold?
